Easy exchange:

Do you need another size, color or pattern? Have a smooth exchange while it is in stock.

Return (if applicable)

We accept the return of products. Customers have the right to request a return within 15 days of receiving the goods.
Items received within 15 days from the delivered date. Items must be unused, undamaged and in their original packaging with all original labels.
Make sure that all items in the packaging are intact! Return shipping fee is paid by buyer. The buyer is responsible for the return costs. Final sale items are not eligible for return or exchange.

Purchase Not Eligible for Return:

-End-of-Sale items are excluded for return or exchange.

-Swimwear, underwear and panty cannot be returned or exchanged. Swimwear can only be returned if it is defective/damaged or the wrong item.

- Bathrobes can only be returned / exchanged if they are broken, damaged or incorrect.

-You must email us a picture showing the problem / error after submitting the return / exchange request online.

Return packages should be authorized. Any return request not authorized by the customer service will not be honored.

Exchange policy :

All exchange requests will be processed as refunds. Exchange is not available at this time. If you wish to exchange a product, you will need to return your purchase for refund and place a new order.

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Order Cancellation:

Your order will be fully refunded if it is cancelled within 24 hours of purchase. Please submit a help ticket from Contact Us if you decide to cancel the order.
For orders cancelled after 24 hours of purchase but before shipment, a 15% cancellation fee is applied.
We will NOT accept an order cancellation request if the order has already been shipped.
